「想悼念誰？」　國旗半降反掛

扯！昨午海巡署六二岸巡大隊楓港安檢所被民眾發現屋頂國旗反掛，還降下半旗，拍下畫面的民眾頓時還以為國家元首出事了？誇張畫面被放上網路後，引起大批網友撻伐，網友批：「是要投降了嗎？還是做暗號給偷渡客？」還有網友諷刺：「是想悼念誰？」
 
依據中華民國國旗下半旗實施辦法，只有正副總統在職期間逝世時、國家重大傷亡事件等特殊情況，總統可宣佈全國或部份機關降半旗，以示哀悼。六二大隊解釋，旗桿老舊加上人員疏忽，將懲處失職人員。（李卉婷／屏東報導）
