工地做小工領不到錢 請幫幫我{20點}

各位幫幫忙

是這樣的 我在工地做小工 已經許久了 大約4個月吧

可是老闆遲遲不給薪水 拖很久囉...

我家裡需要用錢.... 可是老闆好像都不當一回事

我打電話催錢 她還用拒絕來電..

可以告他嗎 可是我沒有證明 勞保 和在哪邊做幾天事耶!!!! 有證人 不過他也不是天天都有看到我阿! 怎麼辦?

如果他一口咬定說 他有給錢阿!! 怎麼辦?

不過我有很多證人也被他拖錢 大約4~5個人 請問 這樣我拿回我的錢的機率高嗎?
