大埔徵收案　更審撤銷徵收改判需還地

苗栗縣大埔農地徵收案，張藥房等4戶拆遷戶認為內政部區段徵收違法、苗栗縣政府徵地是為了炒作地皮，提起行政訴訟要求撤銷徵收，台中高等行政法院上午9點宣判，判內政部區段徵收不合法、苗栗縣府拆遷違法，需還地張藥房、朱樹、黃福記及柯成福4拆遷戶。 今天上午張藥房等4戶沒有到庭聽判，他們的委任律師李明芝對外表示；這次的勝訴，是土地正義與人權的勝利！
