黑心澱粉中盤商否不認罪 法官：收押

台南地檢署偵辦「茂利」黑心澱粉案，偵訊中游經銷商「南和行」負責人王水木否認犯行、供詞反覆，有勾串共犯、證人及湮滅證據之虞，向法官聲押獲准。

檢察官周盟祥調查發現王水木以每包220元低價購入違法澱粉，自市場回收另一家「玉成澱粉」包裝袋交給茂利，經過混淆包裝後以每包550至580元轉售予不知情的下游業者，甚至出示合格檢驗報告以矇騙下游業者，以獲取暴利，共計約2萬9700公斤（1485包）。

檢方另查扣「茂利」徐東銘名下66筆不動產，及被告王水木名下6筆不動產，以免脫產而坐享鉅額不法犯罪利益，檢方另外核對相關帳冊資料，又查得4家下游業者，庫存11包共計220公斤，檢方已通知台南市衛生局前往封存並採樣化驗。
