一定是有裝了什麼軟體
控制台進去，再看一下，不一定是PPS, QQ這種等等，只是是中國軟體都有可能
先移除

左下角開始->上拉畫面有一列輸入執行的(搜尋程式和檔案那列)
打入msconfig
在啟動頁面
將PPS字眼的全部取消打勾->確定
