在房事討論區看到網友討論近兩千萬的房子買不起，可是開的車是Bmw3系列。之前有看到一篇文章建議大家買車不要超過資產的十分之一買房不要超過三分之一，感到疑惑的是既然開的起bmw怎麼又會買不起近兩千萬的房，何況車子每年會折舊，在這炒房的年代房子是會升值的。
