培育人文社會博士　月給3萬獎學金

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】教育部希望培育博士走「量少質精」政策，除明年博士核定名額將減少1成外，並提供優秀的人文社會領域博士生每月3萬元的獎學金。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，教育部認為博士研究最重要的就是專心，因此研擬「培育博士計畫」草案，提供人文社會領域博士生每月約3萬元獎學金，預計最快明年2月實施，希望讓博士生不用打工，專心研究。
