金星目前亮度約 -4.4 等

除了月球以外離地球最近的一顆星,因為是比地球還靠近太陽的內側行星,所以通常跟太陽不會差太多角度.不是黃昏就是黎明才可見,因為太亮,加上有時被雲層反射成多影,經常會被誤認為不明飛行物體,
印度空軍最近就誤將金星當做中國的偵察機侵略領空而鬧笑話.

註: 金星屬於行星,其繞太平一圈約225日,因此與季節無關,.
