神明頭上動土　缺錢花竟偷香爐

【林海全╱台中報導】台中一名無業的陳姓男子〈35歲，有毒品、竊盜前科〉，上週五凌晨一時許，騎機車前往大肚一間廟宇，偷走大門口三個銅製的香爐，拿去變賣換得一千多元，隔天廟方人員發現報警。

廟方人員表示，案發前曾看到陳男在附近徘徊，懷疑是他所為。警方循線找到陳男，陳男不但坦承犯行，還供出其他竊案，昨天被依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

警方指出，陳母與廟方人員熟識，得知兒子行竊，事後到資源回收場將香爐贖回還給廟方。
