蔬菜變甜點　清新好療癒

【黃翎翔／台北報導】你能想像用牛蒡、地瓜葉等來做甜點嗎？日本東京中目黑區知名的人氣蔬菜甜點店Potager Garden，海外首家分店將在11/6下午在台北開幕。
 
2007年成立的Potager Garden，由日本推廣蔬菜農特產品頗具知名度的美女主廚柿沢安耶(Aya Kakisawa)所領軍，甜點融合了牛蒡、毛豆、番茄、玉米、甜椒等，是全日本首家蔬菜甜點專賣店。台北店吃得到著名的枝豆海綿蛋糕、紅甜椒起司蛋糕、菠啾番茄蛋糕等口味，價格120元起。
 
另外，10月在高雄開幕的娜娜貝菈，日籍主廚藤井正己也將南瓜、生薑、番茄、小黃瓜、芋頭、毛豆等在地蔬菜融入泡芙和甜點中。各種蔬菜和鮮奶油調製的內餡，吃來不會有讓人不悅的菜青味。
