公費流感疫苗為3價疫苗　醫師憂保護力不足

【蔡明樺／台北報導】公費流感疫苗本月開打，衛福部今年仍依世界衛生組織建議，採購3價流感疫苗供民眾接種，台大醫院小兒感染科主任黃立民今指，3價疫苗無法完整提供B型流感保護力，因B型流感分為維多利亞株、山形株，台灣近8年來已發生4次疫苗猜錯，失準率5成。

黃立民說，4價流感疫苗涵蓋H1N1、H3N2兩種A型流感，以及B型流感維多利亞株、山形株，目前已在美、英等國上市，台灣若搶先亞洲鄰國與國際防疫接軌，可望在台灣平均每年減少20萬流感病患，病降低流感重症人數約700人，減少約30例死亡病例。

衛福部疾管署副署長莊人祥說，今年7月流感季以來，共通報134例流感併發症病例，其中9人死亡，經病毒篩檢確認都是A型流感，且4價疫苗才剛上市不久，成本約是3價疫苗的2倍，成本效益目前還看不出來，就算要採購4價疫苗恐怕供應量也不足，該署仍在評估中。
