馬桶沖水消很慢，又會冒泡，汙水管路是否有問題？

爬了很多文
但仍有一些問題
現況說明如下：

本建築為３０年大樓
同一女廁共有８間馬桶廁所
其中第一間　於幾個禮拜前抓漏　原因是馬桶破裂
後來換新馬桶並復原完成
第一間廁所使用時　馬上沖水消得很快　但是水箱滿水後再沖一次　就會回水且消得很慢
另外　拖布盆一直大量放水不停　就會造成第一間馬桶冒泡
大家都懷疑是抓漏廠商沒弄好　所以想問：

１。汙水管（馬桶）與廢水管（拖布盆）是否會連到同一跟主幹管？而造成冒泡現象？還是跟通氣管有關？

２。是否抓漏時，有水泥跑到汙水管，導致第二次沖水時消得慢？

３。是否因第一間廁所離主幹管為近，又因多年建築沒通馬桶，造成些微堵塞，消水來得慢？而其他間卻是消水正常速度？

４。上述情形該如何解決？
