與14歲國中女上床　男辯：不知道她未成年

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市一名簡姓男子日前經朋友介紹認識1名國中少女，2人相談甚歡後，少女身材成熟導致簡男誤以為她已成年，當晚在少女住處過夜，隔天清晨2人發生性關係，但卻被少女母親發現，氣得報警處理。
 
簡男向警方辯稱，「清晨醒來後自然而然發生性行為。」並且表示少女不曾透露實際年齡，所以不知道她未成年。少女坦承自願與簡男上床，向法院請求從輕量刑。日前經法院審理，判簡男有期徒刑1年6月，緩刑4年，緩刑間付保護管束，全案仍可上訴。
