FB社團裡的買賣糾紛

事情是這樣的,因為本身事因為玩機車再FB有一個社團
認識了一個賣家,他在FB裡面做人讓大家覺得很正派
所以我就跟朋友跟他買了兩樣物品,(在之前有跟他買過,
有到貨)
所以讓我很相信的再次付了一半的訂金,但遲遲未有消息
賣家起先一直說美國那邊還沒有給消息(補充:賣家稱是代購家)
之後一直沒下文的拖了3個月
我跟朋友等不下去,因此跟他退訂,直到現在又過了4個月
現今他還在FB裡活躍著
在這之前我都會傳退錢文跟他說,但他又稱"會計那邊有告知"
請等候消息,一直都敷延我
就連近期跟他說我要去警局備案,他也回說已告之會計
請問各位有解決過類似問題的人
能告訴我!我下依不該怎麼做嗎
下次真的不敢網路買東西了!!

P.S所有對話都皆由FB的訊息,匯款單據沒有留
這樣即使要備案有足夠證據嗎?
