新北市指標案 已獲得候選綠建築證書

【鄒雯涵／新北報導】全球環保意識抬頭，新北市政府為推行綠建築，對於通過綠建築審查的建案有6~10%的容積獎勵。位於新莊區指標個案「君泰」已通過預審，獲得「候選綠建築證書」5級中的銀級認證，成屋後將再進行相關實際檢測，以取得正式綠建築標章。

「君泰」專案副理謝舒超表示，該案共2期，基地約4000坪，有千坪的公園綠地，第1期約1849坪，預計2016年12月31日完工。「君泰」現已通過「候選綠建築證書」中綠化量、基地保水、日常節能、室內環境、水資源、污水垃圾改善等項目，未來興建完成後將針對以上項目進行實際審核，以取得正式綠建築標章。
