國民黨今天中午宣布，下午5點將對立法院長王金平的「確認黨籍存在假處分」提出抗告。

國民黨也宣布新的律師團成員，除了原本的律師陳明，新增加林合民、李永裕兩人。原本外界猜測的宋耀明、陳長文等人，都沒有在名單中。
