馬總統：國軍不要因洪案懷憂喪志

國防部今天舉辦「慶祝軍人節暨全民國防教育日表揚活動」，總統馬英九出席時說，日前因極少數不肖幹部未依法行政，發生洪仲丘案，使國軍形象、聲譽受傷害。但他喜歡用正面態度看問題，「危機也是轉機」，希望藉此把軍中不合理制度、不當作法掃除，「讓國軍浴火重生」。國軍也不要因個案懷憂喪志，產生挫折感。

馬總統舉45年前他到成功嶺受訓的經驗，為國軍加油打氣。馬總統說，1968年他高中畢業，考完大學聯考後便到成功嶺受訓，當時他分到二團15連，看到有個升旗台，上面寫著「登步台」，後來知道原來他們團是當年參加登步島大捷的主力後，他每次持M1步槍站崗時，都會覺得非常光榮。

對於外界擔憂募兵制推動不易，馬總統說，募兵制的確有受洪案影響，「但是不大」。他並解釋說，外界看到的募兵數據僅是今年上半年，下半年因離開學校的人變多，兵源就會增加。未來政府也將盡可能增加國防預算，打造堅實國軍。
