【王中聖／金門報導】總統馬英九今天上午在國防部長嚴明、陸軍司令李翔宙的陪同下，搭乘專機飛往金門參加823炮戰55周年系列紀念活動，馬英九首站抵達陸軍金防部核心區域擎天廳，向在場近800名官兵代表致意談話。

馬英九致詞時主動提到洪仲丘案，說洪案審判已移交司法機關審判，這段期間外界對國軍多所誤解，嚴重打擊國軍士氣，馬強調國軍保家衛國有責，尊嚴不容踐踏，語末更再次以「曾身為國軍一份子為榮」勉勵在場官兵。
