【蔡維歆／台北報導】蔡康永今出新書《愛了就會活過來》發表會，他在書中用77則故事剖析愛情。恰巧今天是七夕情人節，他和交往20年的男友如何慶祝？他說，他們只過西洋情人節和聖誕節，沒有過七夕情人節的習慣。長跑這麼久，想過同志結婚嗎？他笑答：「從來沒有想過，在台灣，結婚是異性戀的遊戲。」
