李翔宙：陸軍不是黑道

陸軍下士洪仲丘虐死事件已超過一個月，在馬英九總統即將於8月11日、本周日出國前夕，傳出陸軍司令李翔宙向國防部提出報告，申請退伍。
儘管國防部否認，但軍方高層消息指出，今年8月16日是李翔宙任職陸軍司令兩年任期，儘管重要軍職任期為2年至3年，但因為當初高層在處理洪仲丘案的共識是「高華柱下台、李翔宙調總統府戰略顧問」，在軍審法三讀通過，只要經馬英九公佈實施，洪案就能立即移審地院後，高層即將檢討李翔宙的陸軍司令職務，但是去職？是留任？因為牽涉到外界的指控與觀感，高層目前正在慎思中。
軍方權威消息指出，在馬英九即將在本周日出國，只剩今天上班日的作業期，此時陸軍放出李翔宙打報告退伍的傳聞，應是提早要層峰給李翔宙去留「給個交代」的風向球。
民國41年出生屏東的李翔宙，從初中畢業即報考「國防幹部預備班」(現在的中正預校)，之後考進陸軍官校43期砲科，其學養俱佳，包括曾分別畢業於三軍大學陸軍學院78年班、三軍大學戰院80年班及美國喬治城大學戰略研究班、中興大學國家政策與公共事務所碩士。
在經歷上，從基層軍官一直當到陸軍飛彈群上校指揮官、、李登輝總統侍衛室副侍衛長、陸軍飛彈指揮部少將指揮官、國防部情報參謀次長室執行官、2004年元旦以國防部電訊發展室主任身份晉任中將、後轉任澎防部司令、陸軍教準部司令、國防大學副校長、憲兵司令、於2011年5月16日晉任陸軍二級上將副參謀總長，2011年8月16日調升陸軍司令。
洪仲丘案發生後，李翔宙幾乎未曾回家睡過覺，今年8月2日，是洪仲丘案發快滿月之日，家人送來一張卡片，讓這位「獅子座」的鐵漢展現出難掩感傷的柔情，因為這一天是李翔宙61歲生日，但為了整頓陸軍軍紀與處理洪案，這個生日，李翔宙過得很孤單。
李翔宙去處為何？其實在馬出國前就可明朗，是留？是走人？牽涉到陸軍是否被打壓？軍中是否有權鬥？這招棋隨時在變，如何佈李翔宙的去與留，步步都是險棋。
