男嬰染腸病毒死亡 今年首例

疾管署今天下午指出，1名剛出生的男嬰染上腸病毒伊科30型，日前不幸死亡，成為今年首例腸病毒重症死亡的個案。

衛生福利部疾病管制署表示，這名男嬰家住新北市，6月18日出生，出生4天因發燒、活動力降低、發紺、敗血症、凝血功能異常及內出血等症狀，診斷為遭腸病毒伊科30型感染，極力搶救仍回天乏術，於25日死亡。

今年迄今已有7例腸病毒重症病例，分別是3例腸病毒71型、3例克沙奇A6型、1例伊科30型。男嬰是其中唯一的死亡病例。

目前處於腸病毒流行期，疾管署提醒民眾注意自身及幼兒的健康狀況，確實勤洗手，防範腸病毒感染。
