HP D2460 OFFICE2010 列印問題

HP D2460 預設列印彩色

使用Office 2010 的WORD 或 EXCEL 列印文件，直接選擇內容裡面的灰階，都還是印成彩色!!

測試過開心檔案或者任何檔案，只要是2010的WORD或EXCEL都不行

不過之前升級前是使用Office2003就沒有這種問題!!

請問各位大大是否有良藥可救?

1.已經測試過到其他電腦安裝後測試列印，狀況相同

2.換回Office2003之後又正常

3.去原廠更新驅動，狀況還是存在

4.電話洽詢原廠客服，她告訴我不是印體的問題
