【曾佳俊、林亞輯╱新北報導】舒服就免罰？新北市一名派出所所長月前幫狗打手槍，不僅丟官還遭控虐狗，動保處請教主管機關及專家意見，多數認為：「看不出狗不舒服。」認定無罪，將在本周裁定不罰。
