【經濟日報記者陳美珍／28日電】財政部指出，納稅人所有的土地，如無償提供公眾通行作道路使用，且非屬建造房屋應保留的法定空地，可向土地所在地稅捐稽徵機關提出免徵地價稅申請。

財政部提醒納稅義務人，符合減免條件但尚未提出申請者，今（2013）年地價稅開徵40日（原為9月22日，因適逢例假日，順延至9月23日）前提出減免申請；逾期申請，將自申請次年期才能適用。先前已核定、用途未變更者，可免再重新申請。

財政部也指出，土地如屬分別共有，每一共有人都要提出申請之後，該筆土地才可以全部免徵地價稅；未提出申請者，縱使該筆土地的使用情形符合減免規定，且其他共有人已申請核定免徵地價稅，依然無法據以核定減免。
