記者康仁俊／台北報導 國民黨立院黨團書記長賴士葆今（29）日表示，服貿協議審查必須經過委員會聯席審查，對於是否能在臨時會通過，黨籍立委基本上都支持服貿協議，「會盡力而為」，不過他也強調，停建核四公投案一定要通過。 朝野黨團同意今天到8月9日召開臨時會，上午11時舉行立法院全院委員談話會，決定臨時會討論議程，30日到8月9日審查議案。 國民黨立院黨團上午舉行黨團會議，賴士葆表示，服貿協議要通過「不太容易」，畢竟服貿協議才剛開始，需由立法院各委員會聯席審查，可能就要一、兩週時間，在野黨團還能提協商1個月，但國民黨團會盡力而為，能往前推多少就推多少。 他說，國民黨籍立法委員基本上都支持服貿協議內容，希望能通過決議一致支持服貿協議。核四公投案部分，黨團會議先前已通過決議支持，不需再討論。
