F1掌門人Bernie Ecclestone因為賄賂案正式被德國檢察官起訴，他被懷疑在2005年將F1賣給CVC的時候向德國銀行家Gerhard Gribkowsky行賄，後者被判處了8年半的徒刑，不過Bernie Ecclestone辯稱自己是受到了勒索。
