最近不是有免費升速嗎?我這兩天查過中華電信網頁,顯示已經升速完成,但實際測試後發現速度根本沒變,後來上台灣固網網頁查(因為我是台灣固網用戶)發現他們寫說舊用戶6/1才開始升級,要等到10/31才會全部完成,但如果是新申請用戶6/1開始就是新速率!

他們開頭就說同步升速,這是文字遊戲嗎?是在告訴我們說他們也有升速的意思而不是跟中華電信同時間一起升速?我想請問這種情況可以請求賠償嗎?畢竟我本來早應該享受到更快的網路速度,但卻無故要多等三四個月,然而新申請用戶服務卻最好?
