Bestgore.com為專門播放驚悚影片的平台，當地時間17日網站站長馬瑞克（Mark Marek）因播放大陸留學生被分屍影片，被警方以敗壞道德罪名逮捕。
據中央社報導，2012年5月加拿大發生駭人的殺人分屍事件，1名蒙特婁大陸留學生林俊慘遭兇嫌麥格若達（Luka Magnotta）分屍，並將分屍過程拍成影片，此外還將林俊的遺體用包裹寄到加拿大保守、自由黨的黨部及2所溫哥華當地小學，事跡敗露之後逃到德國，最終被加拿大政府以一級謀殺罪起訴引渡回國。
馬瑞克與麥格若達似乎相似，在案件未爆發前網站即出現一部名為1個瘋子、1個冰椎的影片，影片內容就是麥格若達蒙面用冰椎將被綁在床上的林俊一塊一塊支解畫面。
事件爆發後馬瑞克立即將影片撤除，警方就過1年多的調查後，證實了兩人及影片的關係後將馬瑞克逮捕，麥德蒙頓刑警克拉克（Bill Clark）表示，明知為兇殘的殺人影片，還將影片上傳。馬瑞克被指控被壞道德，今日(18日)將出席保釋庭。
馬瑞克在影片撤除後曾在網站上表示，因為影片收看的網友得以辨認出被害人，此舉為協助警方辦案。
