【游芳男／宜蘭報導】強颳「蘇力」將襲台，南方澳漁船為避風浪，紛紛返港停泊，將南方澳漁港擠得水洩不通。

另，三星蔥農也搶收辛苦耕作的蔥，陳姓蔥農說，搶多少算算多少。稻農也加緊搶收稻作，游姓稻農說，不搶收的話，風雨一來，稻子就全完了。
